I was a little worried I'd be late but this is for 
this weeks challenge was to draw one of the ponies as a Greek diety, I choose to do applejack as Demeter, cause it's kind of a decent fit, she's the goddess of Agriculture, and Applejack helps her family run their farm. 
I tried to incorperate all the symbols of the Goddess herself Wheat sheaths, the coruncopia, and the winged serpent staff.
